Plantin's Truffle Salsa is a subtle mix of black summer truffles, mushrooms, black olives, and extra virgin olive oil. A fine blend but not a puree adds a lovely texture too.
Can be used as a tapenade or on toast, fantastic stirred into some pasta or simply spread onto bruschetta like a tapenade.
