I often say it took 20 years for us to be an overnight success. Our food journey has been a long one that first opened to the public on the 19th January 1979, the date we opened our Farm Shop at the Pheasant Farm.
All my ideas, all of my product development, still begins in my kitchen at the Farm Shop; not much more than a home kitchen really.
