Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to current Pandemic restrictions, delivery will be expected to time line, 3 to 10 business days.
Ding Oh Dong will provide notification such as text message/email to the customer prior to dispatch of delivery.
Holidays Delivery: All product place after to 24th Dec will only be resume delivery after 10th January. We Work hard, we let everyone play hard too!
Fresh Produce will be delivered on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 8am.
Milk and Fresh Bakery (Bread & Baguette) is delivered Mon - Fri from 8am (Order must be in before 3pm the day before delivery)
Perishable Goods requires customer to be at home to receive the goods. We will inform the customer 1 day prior to delivery of perishable goods ordered by the customer.
The customer can consent all deliveries to be left in a safe place. Ding Oh Dong is not responsible for the quality of perishable goods/All other goods if customer consent to be left in a safe place and can not be return or refund.
All perishable goods will have quality check prior delivery to ensure the best quality and to avoid disappointments from the customer.
Pick up Options: We are currently working with Local Businesses to bring better service to our customers. Local Business pick up only available from their Opening to Closing Hours.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order a flat rate with Minimum purchased and displayed at checkout.
We will be expanding to NSW, QLD, NT and WA in the future, but for now, we are only based in Melbourne.
*Special Promo* We currently offers a standard Aud 3.99 flat rate shipping per Order, per Address to Melbourne CBD, Carlton, East Melbourne, Fitzroy, Collingwood and Point Cook ONLY. Subject to Stock Availability.
If customer do not agree the goods to be left in a safe place, Ding Oh Dong will incur a storage fee of 14.99 Aud and redelivery fee of 9.99 Aud if ordered item was to returned due to unavailability of customer at the provided delivery address.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer in store pick up. Sorry! But we are working towards a solution!

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Enquiry@DingOhDong.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Sorry!
Alcohol Delivery
License No. 36170219
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. Evidence of age must be provided in order to received goods.
Liquor may only be delivered during the following hours:
- between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday, ANZAC Day or Christmas Day.
- between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday.
- between 12 noon and 11 p.m. on ANZAC Day.
- No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any sale of Alcohol to Minor, Under the Liqour Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence; WARNING 1) To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000), 2) For a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive liqour (Penalty exceeds $700).
