Gocciole means ”little drops” and they are shortbread biscuits with drops of pure chocolate. The recipe has no palm oil in it and this delicious cookies are fragrant and enriched with flakes of excellent chocolate. Ideal to dip in milk or to serve at tea time. A classic that should always be in your pantry even for creative uses: try them crumbled in your mousse or served over ice cream!
