This contemporary version of the Mustard Pickle is made from Australian gherkins and cooked in a mild mustard sauce.
It tastes homemade because – well – it is. Every time Deb uses this, even on sandwiches, she 'decants' it into a little bowl to give the impression that she's made it herself.
