Perfect to add interest to any dish – and as intriguing as Nikki – this Tomato & Eggplant Relish has been crafted with subtle Middle Eastern influences and sweet and savoury notes.
It’s a real hit in eggplant parmigiana, but use it anywhere a flavoursome relish is required. Made on our family farm in the Adelaide Hills using fresh, ripe Aussie tomatoes and eggplants.
Pair with: Crispy-Skinned Snapper, Pasta or Eggplant Parmigiana
