A bread base with added fibre, pre-sliced for convenience. The flavour comes from the plentiful dried fruits – in this case apricots and raisins.
Made from scratch using primarily non-commercial food ingredients.

Dried fruit 48% [apricots (rice flour, vegetable oil .5%, preservative (220)) & raisins (vegetable oil .5%)], Unbleached wheaten flour [thiamin, folic acid], Water, Yeast [emulsifier (491)], Wheat fibre, Vegetable oil, Glycerine, Salt [potassium iodate], Gluten, Improver [wheat flour, soya flour, emulsifier (481), ascorbic acid, mineral Salt (516), enzyme], Preservative (282).
Allergens: Contains Gluten (Wheat), Soy, Sulphites. May contain traces of peanuts and/or other nuts. We pride ourselves on making a well fruited product. If this cake contains fruit/nuts, please be aware they have been mechanically processed, and there may be a rare piece of stone/shell.
